Any product purchased from Nepkids.com, that needs to be exchanged must be notified within 2 days of delivery and the product must be exchanged within 4 days of delivery. The product will be replaced and delivered to you or refunded if required. The refunded amount will be deposited via banking transaction.
If the goods need to be exchanged due to Nepkids’ fault ( wrong size or wrong Product) the logistics cost will be borne by Nepkids but if the customer needs a refund due to their personal reason, they have to bear the logistics cost.
Customer can contact us via our official Facebook Page, email id or direct call to exchange the goods.
Once we receive the exchanged goods, it will be checked and if it is eligible for refund, then we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be done via electronic transaction. Goods will not be eligible for refund, if “Conditions for exchange” mentioned above is not met.
