Easy Exchange and Refund Policy

Any product purchased from Nepkids.com, that needs to be exchanged must be notified within 2 days of delivery and the product must be exchanged within 4 days of delivery. The product will be replaced and delivered to you or refunded if required. The refunded amount will be deposited via banking transaction.

If the goods need to be exchanged due to Nepkids’ fault ( wrong size or wrong Product) the logistics cost will be borne by Nepkids but if the customer needs a refund due to their personal reason, they have to bear the logistics cost.

Customer can contact us via our official Facebook Page, email id or direct call to exchange the goods.

Once we receive the exchanged goods, it will be checked and if it is eligible for refund, then we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be done via electronic transaction. Goods will not be eligible for refund, if “Conditions for exchange” mentioned above is not met.

At Nepkids, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.

Reasons to exchange an item

  • If the Delivered Product is damaged/defective (physically damaged or broken)
  • If the Delivered Product is incorrect / incomplete (missing product or wrong product/ different from the product presented on website)
  • If the size of fashion product doesn’t fit. (wrong/different size). In this case, the product will be exchanged with appropriate size or color available

Conditions for exchanges

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  • The product must be exchanged in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
  • The original invoice must be submitted at the time of invoice.

Shipping charge refund

  • If the refund is initiated due to wrong/defective/damaged/quality issue, then the shipping charge will be refunded.
  • If the refund is initiated due to any personal reason of the customer, then the shipping charge will not be refunded

Notes

  • If a product is exchanged to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are exchanged, then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.
  • If the product(s) exchanged are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be exchanged, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer
